⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will remove your profile, bookings history, messages, and all personal data from GigVault within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account

Your profile is immediately deactivated

Your profile, artist page, and listings will no longer be visible to other users.

Personal data anonymised within 30 days

Your name, email, phone number, and other personal information will be permanently removed or anonymised.

Financial records retained as required by law

Transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and tax regulations.

Active bookings must be resolved first

If you have active or pending bookings, please resolve or cancel them before requesting deletion. Contact support@gigvault.co.za for assistance.

Submit your deletion request

You can also delete your account directly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address. If you have any active bookings, our support team will contact you.

If you change your mind within 7 days, email support@gigvault.co.za to cancel this request.
